Do you feel overwhelmed or misunderstood?
Whether you’re navigating ADHD, autism, motherhood, or mental health challenges, I’m here to help you find your footing and move forward.
As someone with ADHD and the parent of neurodivergent children, I know how deeply these challenges can shape your life. My own early diagnosis helped me embrace my strengths and stand out—a perspective I now bring to helping others.
I specialize in ADHD, autism, women’s mental health, perinatal and postnatal care, PDA (Pathologic Demand Avoidance) and LGBTQ+ affirming care.
My approach combines:
-
Integrative Psychiatry: Addressing mental and physical health as a whole.
-
Strengths-Based Practices: Focusing on your unique abilities to create meaningful change.
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Helping you align your actions with your values.
You deserve care that sees both your challenges and your potential. Together, we’ll craft a plan to help you feel supported, empowered, and ready to take on life’s complexities.
My Education and Affiliations:
-
Master’s degree in psychiatric nursing, Herzing University
-
Member of AANP, ANA, and APNA
-
Level One training from PDA North America
-
Fellowship in Reproductive & Integrative Psychiatry with Anna Glezer
