Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Jane is currently accepting new clients ages 14 and up.
Jane is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of experience in the healthcare field. Her background spans a range of inpatient settings, where she witnessed firsthand the critical need for accessible, compassionate mental health care and the extent to which mental health is often overlooked in the broader medical system.
Jane believes in a collaborative, person-centered approach to care. She sees herself as a partner on each patient’s mental health journey, recognizing that while she brings clinical expertise and scientific knowledge, her patients are the true experts on their own lives and experiences. Her practice is grounded in creating a safe, honest, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel supported and empowered to explore what wellness looks like for them.
Jane is particularly interested in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and ADHD, and is especially attuned to the unique challenges facing young adults in today’s world. She understands how overwhelming it can feel to navigate life in a time of constant change and uncertainty. She is passionate about helping others feel less alone, more understood, and better equipped to take meaningful steps toward their goals.
In her practice, Jane utilizes a combination of evidence-based psychiatric medications, brief supportive therapy, lifestyle and behavioral strategies, and care coordination with other providers to support whole-person wellness.
Jane looks forward to helping individuals feel seen, heard, and supported as they work toward greater mental well-being.
