Gabe is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who has been serving patients in the healthcare field since 2011. With a background in cardiac care (ICU, interventional cardiology, and electrophysiology) he developed a strong appreciation for how cardiovascular health, physical resilience, and emotional well-being interconnect.
Gabe enjoys working with individuals across the entire spectrum of psychiatry, specializing in ADHD, depression, postpartum OCD, men’s mental health and bipolar disorder.
Grounded in the principles of Positive Psychiatry, his practice combines traditional medication management with a intentional focus on resilience, self-compassion, and mindfulness—an evidence-based approach shown to yield superior physical and mental health outcomes. He believes in the power of shared decision-making, viewing mental health care as a true partnership. His ultimate goal is to empower individuals to draw upon their own inner strength, find healing and develop happiness.
If you have been quietly navigating life’s difficulties on your own, we warmly encourage you to reach out when the time feels right.
